This practice is just about being with your own breath and finding out what it can teach you. No asana practice. Just getting comfortable and breathing with direction.
A limited number of participants can join Pattie in the studio. Or join us via live-stream (with no movement, you can leave your camera off and just use the audio in your own comfortable place).
