We’ll finish our Spring series with a series of gentle movements to tune into the chakras and their elements within—earth, water, fire, air, and space. And then we’ll rest back onto the mat and let ourselves be guided through a yoga nidra (sleep) meditation on the chakras.
Nidra means sleep, but here you’ll try to hover in that place of quiet consciousness between waking and sleeping, while you are guided through a meditation. Although you’re still during the practice, the benefits can be powerful bringing you to deep relaxation and a clearer mind.
