If you’ve ever considered becoming a yoga instructor or just want to deepen your knowledge and understanding of yoga, consider our upcoming 200HR Strongheart Teacher Training. Our next session commences in Fall 2022.

Our curriculum includes online live-stream classes, recorded classes, and in-person classes. Together these elements of our program provide everything you need in your training: flexibility, rigor, and support.

At our Open House, you’ll have a chance to meet Pattie McCann, ERYT, who is the primary instructor and author of the textbook used in the class. She will be available to answer any questions you might have about yoga teacher training, and you can visit the beautiful Strongheart Yoga studio.
