Chakra Sound Healing Meditation

Sound Healing is an ancient eastern healing modality that uses different instruments to promote relaxation, peace, and physical and emotional healing. In this class, Bridget will use Chakra-Tuned Quartz Crystal Bowls to connect with each chakra's essence, bringing alignment and balance to the entire body. Sound Healing also recalibrates our nervous systems and brings the mind to a state of harmony through the healing frequencies of each bowl.
Students are encouraged to bring a pillow and dress comfortably, as they will be lying down for the duration of the class.
Bridget is a davidji Certified Meditation Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Public Speaking Coach. Passionate about all things holistic healing, Bridget offers her services as a bridge or guide to stillness and self-connection, awareness, and acceptance.
