Yoga for Healthy Aging on Saturday, May 13th at 10:45am will be FREE.
This is a great fun class where we use the chairs, walls, and the floor—and some props too—light weights, balls, and straps. So we build the strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility that let us keep doing the things we love as we age.
What we don’t do is spend time on sensitive knees and wrists, so it can really work for everybody!
