Nourish & Grow Afternoon Workshop

How can you grow plentiful vegetables in a small space? How can you keep your own environment free of toxins and not be overrun with weeds and pests? How do you encourage the pollinators that make your garden flourish? And how do you plant a garden that supports you in finding the right ingredients for your best health recipe?
Karen and Pattie, both yoga teachers who like to get their hands in the dirt, are collecting ideas for how to grow nourishing wonderful food in small spaces. Michelle is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and she’s adding her expertise in nutrient-dense foods that are the recipe for good health. Together we’re excited to share a fun learning day at the beginning of the growing season for all of us to know more, grow more, and find our vibrant health recipe.
