Yoga can make us feel better. Regular practice of yoga can help us get present with our body and our mind and see our best possibilities. And when we feel good and feel like much is possible, we tend to make better decisions for ourselves on every level. At Strongheart our goal is for everyone to feel better in 2025. So, of course, we want to encourage you to practice more and find your best self.
For 40 days, beginning Wednesday, January 15 until Monday, February 24, you can pick up a Challenge Book and we’ll stamp it every time you practice. At the end of the challenge we’ll give you a coupon good for 10% off for every 10 stamps.
