We are offering livestreaming yoga classes on the Strongheart Facebook page for free! These classes are hosted by our Teacher Training students, who have completed their training course and are working on their “classroom” hours on Facebook. Join us there to enjoy our talented trainees’ yoga classes, and give them feedback.

Here’s a creative idea - make a yoga date with a friend! You can both tune in to one of the Facebook classes at the same time, from your own homes. Nice to have community and accountability.

Mark your calendar for the class you want to follow, but if you miss it you can access it on the VIDEO section of our Facebook page.
