Chair Yoga may be perfect for you if you would like to stay active, improve strength and flexibility, and
you are uncomfortable getting up & down from the floor,
you are recuperating from an illness or injury, or
you have balance issues or neuropathy.
We will practice seated as well as using the chair for support when we stand a bit.
Classes are held on Tuesdays in from 4:45pm - 5:30pm on November 5, 12, 19 and December 3, 10.
Cost for the 5-class series is $75.
