There is something special about a class tailored to support expectant moms both physically and emotionally. Prenatal yoga emphasizes breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, and restorative poses. In a community of women sharing the experience, learn to feel your best during pregnancy, prepare for delivery, and feel good after.
Suitable for any stage of pregnancy. At the completion of this series, you may sign up for the next one to continue supporting yourself throughout your pregnancy. No yoga experience required.
Classes are held at 12pm-1pm on Saturdays. We are accepting drop-in students for this series, just $25 for any class. No experience necessary, and it’s easy to start at any point in the series. Please note - there is no class on July 20 in this series.
