New for 2020: Chair Yoga Plus, held Thursday afternoons. No experience necessary.
This class is an additional step from Chair Yoga. We will work on the chair, with the chair for support, and then also add a little work on the floor. No kneeling and no extended floor-sitting! We’ll learn to get up and down safely and easily, and open up the hips when lying down. Gently build strength and flexibility.
Classes are held on four Thursdays in February from 4:45pm - 5:30pm.
