Winter Solstice Sound Meditation

One of our beautiful Strongheart yoginis is going to bring her Crystal Bowls and offer us a Sound Meditation to mark this moment when we begin the slow climb closer to the sun again. No asana, just a chance to rest back and let the vibration touch you.
