Breathing can help us control our energies—lifting it when we need more gusto and calming us when we need to unwind. Controlling our breath to enhance our health and our emotional well-being is one of the most valuable lessons of yoga.
Conscious breathing for 10 minutes a day is a practice worth the effort. Every Sunday we’ll learn a pranayama—a simple breathing practice with a purpose—to practice throughout the week for just 10 minutes.
