Community Coffee Get Together + Open House

All are welcome! Join us for coffee, chai, and a little nosh, whether you made it to class this week or not! Take some time to relax and catch up with fellow yogis and teachers. We’ll provide some light refreshments so we can visit for a while without post-yoga hunger pangs! 

If you know someone who’s been curious about yoga or our studio, bring them along to see our beautiful space and meet the teachers. This is a terrific opportunity for someone new to become familiar with Strongheart Yoga and take some anxiety out of that first yoga class.
