50HR and 200HR Teacher Training Open House & Free Class

If you want to know more about what our advanced training programs offer—see the studio—meet the instructor—come and join a practice and share a cup of tea. This year we are introducing a “Deepen Your Practice” 50-hour training program that integrates with our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Whether you want to explore becoming a yoga teacher, or simply want to take a deeper dive into your own practice this is an opportunity to get to know us as we get to know you. 

We’ll share a practice of a signature Strongheart Flow, which will be foundational for both the 50 and 200 hour trainings. And then take time to answer any questions you might have.
