If you want to know more about what our training programs offer, see the studio, and meet the lead instructor—come over and share a cup of tea and chat. 

“Deepen Your Practice” is a 50-hour training program over 4 weekends with online independent-study components. It integrates with our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, so you can choose just to deepen your own practice or continue to become a certified yoga teacher.

The Open House is an opportunity for you to get to know us as we get to know you. Find out all about the curriculum, schedule, and ask any questions you might have.

Come for the Open House and stay for a Community Dharma Talk & Meditation from 6-7pm to get a small sample of ideas and philosophy we’ll expand on in training.
