HEALTHY FEET, HEALTHY KNEES

Our hips, knees, and feet are all working together, all the time. And when they don’t work together well we feel it. By bringing awareness to how they’re working in our yoga practice, and learning some simple exercises, we may be able to bring more lift and life to our steps in our daily life.
We’ll focus on improving our foot strength, learning healthy knee movement, and finding ways to keep our muscles of movement (big and small) strong, stable, and mobile.
Anyone is welcome to practice for free. If you’re able to make a donation, proceeds from this class will be donated to Sierra Club Foundation/ Detroit ICO, an outdoor adventure and environmental education program of the Sierra Club, providing urban youth with positive outdoor experiences.
